Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the MoonAir Channel Partner Portal for partner registration, catalogue viewing, ordering, payments, ledger, schemes, marketing content and support.

All Compliance

Use of the portal

  • Partners must use accurate firm, GST, address, phone, email and payment details.
  • Access may be restricted when a profile is incomplete, unapproved, inactive, suspicious or not mapped to the correct category/price book.
  • MoonAir may update portal workflows, pricing visibility, documents, schemes and permissions without prior notice.

Orders and acceptance

  • Creating an order records a stock request and does not by itself guarantee dispatch, allocation or credit terms.
  • Order acceptance depends on partner status, category rules, price book mapping, minimum order value, stock, payments, ledger position and MoonAir approval.
  • MoonAir may reject, hold, modify or cancel requests affected by pricing errors, unmapped items, stock shortage, duplicate orders or operational impossibility.

Pricing and commercial terms

  • Partner pricing is read from the assigned price book and eligible category/partner discounts configured in MoonAir systems.
  • Prices, GST, schemes, slabs, freight, credit notes and ledger entries remain subject to backend records and finance reconciliation.
  • Partner-specific data should not be shared outside authorised MoonAir business use.

Commercial terms, prices, schemes, ledger entries and partner permissions are subject to MoonAir approval, active price books and backend records.

These policies mirror MoonAir.in and should be reviewed by MoonAir's legal, tax and operations advisors whenever business rules change.
