- Final eligibility, credit limit, tenure and charges are decided by the provider or MoonAir finance process.
- Partners must review provider disclosures, charges and repayment obligations before accepting finance.
- MoonAir is not responsible for rejected finance applications or provider-side delays.
Responsibility
- Processing fees, interest, convenience fees, foreclosure charges or taxes may apply as disclosed.
- Refunds/cancellations for financed orders may follow provider-specific timelines and adjustments.
- Ledger entries may be adjusted after provider or finance reconciliation.
This partner portal is for MoonAir channel partner registration, product discovery, order creation, payment tracking, catalogue access, schemes and support.
Commercial terms, prices, schemes, ledger entries and partner permissions are subject to MoonAir approval, active price books and backend records.
